How do I return or exchange my order?

You can return any unworn items to us within 14 days for a refund, or within 28 days for an exchange. Simply fill out a return form and post your item(s) to:

When will my order arrive?

UK orders will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days. Order by 1pm for same-day dispatch.

The item I want is out of stock, will you get anymore?

Many of our items are made using surplus fabric in small runs – meaning once it's gone, it's unlikely to come back. On some occasions, we might have stock available in our stores, call 020 7127 4213 to enquire and to arrange delivery.

We often revive popular styles using similar fabrics. Sign up to our newsletter and we’ll let keep you informed of our new arrivals.

 

Do you offer a bespoke service?

We are no longer accepting made to order requests.

How do I reset my password?

Head to our log-in page and click ‘Forgot your password?’.

Enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password.

 

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards, as well as PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

 

How do I place an order?

Once you’ve found the right item, select your size and colour (where applicable) and click ‘add to cart’.

After you’ve finished shopping, click on your basket, choose ‘checkout’ and fill in the required fields.
