How do I return or exchange my order?

You can return any full price item within 14 days for a refund, or within 28 days for an exchange. Sale items can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or credit note only. Visit our delivery and returns page for full details.

 

The item I would like is out of stock, will you get any more?

Many of our pieces are made in small runs using surplus fabric – meaning once something is gone, it's gone. To find out whether an item is in stock in one of our stores, call us on 020 7127 4213. On occasion, we may update and bring back popular styles with new fabrics. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
